We use Royal Mail to send out all our orders daily (excluding Sundays).All orders placed before 3pm will be posted that business day.
Our items are sent in plain brown packaging, with no mention of the company or contents on the exterior for your privacy.

We always ship "signed for" or tracked. what this means is that the delivery will NEED a signature. If you find that after several days you have not received your goods,..it very well maybe that your postman has "forgotten" ro leave a card ..In this case the item will STILL be waiting for you at your local sorting office.

Unused items can be returned within 14 days of Purchase.

This excludes eliquids. eliquids cannot be returned for refund or replacement even if unopened due to Health and Safety Regulations and the fact that in most cases eliquid is made to order. 

All eliquid flavours are representative, and cannot be guaranteed to be exactly as a customer expects. eliquids that do not suit a customers taste cannot be said to be "faulty" 

All returns of other items must be sent using a signed for or "tracked" service. the buyer is resposible for the cost of returning postage unless we have sent an incorrect item out initially.
